FIREWALKING & BREAKTHROUGH EMPOWERMENT EXPERIENCES

High-impact experiential challenges that create visible shifts in confidence, courage and leadership.

Kelly is a professionally trained Firewalk and Empowerment Instructor, trained through Lisa Clifford’s Unstoppable Firewalking Training, which is underpinned by Sundoor Training.

This work deserves to be held properly, I don’t facilitate these experiences for spectacle or ego. I facilitate them because I’ve seen what happens in the moment someone decides to step forward and do something they didn’t think they could do.

That moment is rarely loud, it’s usually quiet, focused and internal.

And that’s where the real shift happens.

Every experience I deliver is professionally risk-assessed and safety-managed. There’s structure behind it and psychological preparation built in before anyone steps up to complete any of the empowerment exercises. But beyond the logistics, I’m paying attention to what’s happening inside the person.

My style is steady, present and intentional. I’m not there to push people through something for the sake of it. I’m there to create an environment where courage feels possible and where what happens in the exercise actually translates into how they lead, speak and show up afterwards.

The exercises are bold, but the facilitation is thoughtful and what shifts for each individual is deeply personal.

FIREWALKING

Firewalking isn’t impressive because it’s dramatic.

It’s powerful because it exposes hesitation.

When someone stands in front of the fire, their nervous system activates, doubt surfaces and the instinct to step back gets louder.

That’s the real work in this experience.

Because that exact hesitation shows up in leadership, in sales conversations, in moments where visibility matters.

When someone chooses to move forward anyway, despite the internal resistance, they recalibrate what they believe they’re capable of under pressure.

BOARD BREAKING

Board breaking reveals commitment.

Most people don’t lack ability, they lack full, decisive action.

They test the waters, and they hold something back.

The board doesn’t respond to half commitment.

When someone commits completely, physically and mentally - it breaks cleanly.

That moment creates a reference point for what decisive action feels like.

And once someone has felt that level of commitment in their body, they recognise immediately when they’re operating below it elsewhere.

Glasswalking

GLASS WALKING

Glass walking is about composure, It's the slower of the empowerment exercises and can be delivered in more of a ceremonial way if needed.

But don't let that underestimate its impact.

It requires control, breath regulation and deliberate movement in an environment that feels uncomfortable.

There’s no explosive moment, it’s steady.

And in leadership, steady under pressure is often more valuable than bold under applause.

This exercise trains calm execution when the stakes feel high.

ARROW BREAKING

Arrow breaking demands alignment.

The participant must stabilise their body, focus their attention and apply consistent forward pressure without retreating.

There’s tension, there’s discomfort, and there’s a decision to keep moving forward anyway.

In high-performance environments, progress often depends on that exact skill; the ability to maintain direction under resistance.

This exercise makes that visible.

Rebar Bend

REBAR BENDING

Rebar bending is usually something for the leaders in the room.

Not as a “look at me” moment and not as a solo challenge for everyone.

It’s different to the others because when a leader steps forward and bends solid steel with their throats, the room goes quiet.

Not only because it’s impressive, but because it disrupts what people think is possible.

And when someone in a leadership position does that first, it changes the energy in the room and it gives people permission.

It raises the standard without a speech needing to happen.

You don’t have to tell a team to think bigger, you show them what bigger looks like.

That’s what makes it powerful.

These exercises might look bold from the outside.

In the room, they’re precise, they’re structured an they’re professionally held.

And they’re designed to create a shift that goes far beyond the moment itself.

If you’re looking for something gimmicky, this isn’t it and I'm not your facilitator.

If you’re looking for something that people will still be talking about months later and behaving differently because of, then we should talk.
